About the role

Join Misfits Market as a Delivery Driver and help bring sustainable, high‑quality groceries directly to customers’ doorsteps across the United States. You will be the face of our mission‑driven brand, ensuring timely and courteous deliveries while upholding safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all DOT and company safety protocols, including seatbelt use, hands‑free phone operation, and proper lifting techniques.
• Verify each delivery using the routing app and load up to 150 boxes per shift, each weighing up to 50 lb.
• Navigate varied weather conditions and traffic safely while delivering orders to customers’ doorsteps.
• Support the Packaging Return Program by collecting and documenting customer recycling.
• Assist teammates as needed to meet overall delivery volume targets.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move heavy boxes safely.
• Strong attention to detail and customer‑focused attitude.
• Reliability to start shifts at 6:30 AM, Monday‑Friday.
