Graphic Designer – Print & Digital Media

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join Agile Defense’s fast‑paced communications team in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on creating and publishing both print and digital visual assets that support long‑form reports, marketing collateral, event materials, and award certificates.

Key responsibilities

• Design and layout dense, data‑rich reports and publications for print and digital distribution.
• Produce marketing and event collateral, including brochures, flyers, and award certificates.
• Create digital assets such as social‑media graphics, web banners, and other online visuals.
• Maintain a contemporary, clean aesthetic that avoids outdated effects like 2D drop shadows or embossing.
• Apply strong use of negative space and an academic, prestigious tone across all deliverables.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing long‑form print materials and digital graphics.
• Ability to work quickly under tight deadlines while handling complex data visualisation.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of print reports, digital assets, and modern aesthetic direction.
