Graphic Designer

About the role

The Graphic Designer will join PIP’s marketing department, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Creative Design. Working from our Latham, NY or Charlotte, NC office, you will transform concepts into visual assets across print and digital media.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative assets such as social media graphics, website banners, brochures, posters, logos, infographics, packaging, and advertisements.
• Prepare final design files for production, ensuring technical specifications are met and coordinating with printers and developers.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, content, and product teams, incorporating feedback to align designs with business objectives.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and communicate progress.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and AI‑based tools for concept exploration, image generation, and workflow efficiency.
• Proofread and review all design work for errors, ensuring consistency across print, web, and mobile platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Experience with design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using AI‑based image generation tools.
