Graphic Designer

About the role

La La Land is seeking a Graphic Designer to bring its kindness‑focused brand to life across print and digital touchpoints. Based in Los Angeles, you will work at the crossroads of brand, operations and production, delivering high‑volume, detail‑oriented design work for a fast‑growing company.

Key responsibilities

• Design branded assets for both print and digital channels, including signage, posters, menus, and social media graphics.
• Create in‑store collateral and promotional materials for over 30 locations, supporting store openings and ongoing needs.
• Prepare and resize files to meet production specifications, vendor requirements, and multiple format dimensions.
• Develop decks, mockups, and internal presentation materials that reflect brand consistency.
• Coordinate with print vendors and internal teams on ordering, revisions, and delivery, ensuring projects stay on schedule.
• Take on additional creative projects and miscellaneous design tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Strong graphic design fundamentals in layout, typography, composition, illustration and branding.
• Self‑starter capable of managing multiple projects independently while collaborating with operations, R&D, marketing and leadership.
• Excellent organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Los Angeles.
• Experience with hospitality, retail or consumer brands is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Familiarity with Asana (preferred).
