Graphic Designer II

About the role

As a Graphic Designer II at The LANGE Companies, you will create on‑brand visual assets for a portfolio of distinct brands across print and digital channels. Working from clear project briefs, you will collaborate with Brand Managers, Marketing Operations, and other creative team members to deliver polished designs that support marketing initiatives and strengthen brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and revise digital ads, print collateral, social graphics, and sales/marketing materials from concept through final approval.
• Manage design projects, coordinating timelines, feedback, and approvals with the Director of Marketing, Brand Managers, and Marketing Operations.
• Partner with other creative team members to supply graphics, digital ad assets, and visual elements for video projects.
• Track project progress in Monday.com, meeting internal and business‑unit deadlines.
• Apply and uphold each brand’s style guide while moving across multiple visual identities.
• Contribute creative ideas to proactive marketing campaigns and stay current with design trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both print and digital design.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail and a solid understanding of brand consistency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Monday.com for project management.
