Graphic Designer – Contract-to-Hire (60‑Day Trial)

About the role

Elwood Clothing is seeking a Graphic Designer to support its creative and marketing teams. The role is focused on producing polished visual assets for digital campaigns, product launches, social media, email, paid advertising, web, retail, and brand storytelling. It begins as a 60‑day contract with the potential to become a full‑time position based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing assets for email, social media, paid ads, web, retail displays, and presentations.
• Create graphics for campaigns, product launches, collaborations, and events while maintaining visual consistency across all brand channels.
• Perform photo editing and retouching, including cropping, resizing, applying textural overlays, grain, distressing, and lighting adjustments.
• Adapt creative assets to multiple aspect ratios and formats for Instagram, TikTok, Shopify, out‑of‑home, and other platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the Art Director, Marketing Team, and external partners throughout the creative process.
• Maintain organized asset libraries, version control, and ensure timely delivery of production‑ready files.

Required profile

• Strong eye for typography, composition, photography, texture, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work quickly in a fast‑paced environment with frequent revisions.
• Detail‑oriented and committed to delivering brand‑aligned creative.

Required skills

• Graphic layout creation with focus on typography, spacing, hierarchy, and composition.
• Photo editing and image retouching.
• Adaptation of assets to various digital formats and aspect ratios.
