About the role

The Government Program Manager, SLED, will lead the support, maintenance, and growth of Konica Minolta’s products and services for state, local, and education government clients through national cooperative contracts. You will work closely with channel sales teams and a matrix of technology specialists to drive sales engagements and ensure strategic alignment.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the Government Contracts Team to maintain dealer channel compliance, including state registration, demographic data, quote submission, and certification management.
  • Administer revenue streams within the dealer channel, handling order routing, processing, and issue resolution.
  • Assist with federal implementation and removal escalations by liaising with dealerships and direct branches.
  • Lead recurring and ad‑hoc channel presentations for internal and external audiences to reinforce sales education and contract compliance.
  • Support internal educational resources (playbooks, portals, scripts) and external marketing content (success stories, vertical trends).
  • Manage inbound inquiries from stakeholders regarding national cooperative contracts and maintain certification content compliance.
  • Ensure government sales strategies are executed using company resources such as presentations, webinars, and target account packages.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet contractual, technical, and logistical requirements and uphold award timelines.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) with at least 5 years of industry experience.
  • Strong background in SLED accounts and multi‑channel sales support.
  • Excellent sales, presentation, organizational, and project‑management abilities.
  • Proven track record leading project teams and delivering results for large, complex government agencies.
  • Demonstrated coaching, decision‑making, and leadership capabilities.
