Golf Services Attendant

About the role

The Golf Services Attendant ensures exceptional service for members and guests while maintaining smooth operation of the golf facilities at Discovery Land Company. You will interact with golfers of all skill levels, handling equipment, assisting on the course, and supporting the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members on arrival and departure at the range.
• Assist golfers during their round and respond promptly to requests.
• Collaborate with the valet team and provide support as needed.
• Communicate member movements with other departments.
• Stock golf carts with beverages, towels, and amenities throughout the day.
• Maintain an adequate number of ready‑to‑use carts.
• Keep shuttles, club carts, and personal carts clean.
• Clean clubs before and after each round and count them accurately.
• Set up and break down range equipment, amenities, and activities daily.
• Perform closing duties such as removing range furniture, washing balls, restocking buckets, cleaning carts, and charging carts.
• Assist in the Golf Shop as a retail associate when requested.
• Track daily golf activity and support monthly inventory counts.
• Provide caddie services if qualified and requested.
• Attend department meetings and trainings.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer‑service experience, preferably in hospitality or golf.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and long hours as needed.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and stay calm during busy periods.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in all weather conditions for extended periods.
