Global Senior Equity Program Manager

About the role

Anthropic is seeking a Global Senior Equity Program Manager to lead the design, implementation, and operation of its equity compensation programs worldwide. This senior position will ensure that equity plans attract, retain, and motivate talent while aligning with the company’s mission to build safe and beneficial AI.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily equity plan operations, including grant processing, option exercises, cancellations, and cap table management.
• Build and optimize equity transaction processes, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Manage monthly equity reconciliations, reporting, and demographic/payroll system integrations.
• Develop automated tax rate calculations and payroll integration workflows.
• Create scalable processes to support global headcount growth and future public‑company requirements.
• Provide high‑touch support to employees and managers, explaining equity compensation and handling related inquiries.
• Support the development of equity tax policies, procedures, and standard operating documents.

Required profile

• Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation.
• 8+ years of experience in equity administration, stock‑plan management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of equity compensation instruments such as stock options and RSUs.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with People, Legal, Finance, and Tax teams.
