Global HR Business Partner (CAG)

About the role

The Global HR Business Partner works closely with the Commercial Aircraft Group (CAG) leadership to align HR initiatives with global business objectives. Based onsite in Buffalo, NY, the role drives employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness across Moog’s worldwide operations.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with CAG leaders and provide strategic HR support to enhance business performance.
• Design, own, and implement a global HR strategy that boosts employee engagement, retention, and aligns with corporate goals.
• Lead organizational development, design, and change‑management efforts, continuously reviewing effectiveness and recommending improvements.
• Manage critical talent processes, including talent identification, performance management, succession planning, and talent pool development.
• Act as a coach and role model, championing Moog’s culture and best‑practice people‑management approaches.
• Oversee employee metrics, ensure data integrity, and drive business‑as‑usual HR activities.
• Lead group‑wide or Moog‑wide projects that have a global impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders in a global environment.
• Strong expertise in organizational development, design, and change management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead talent management initiatives such as talent matrices, performance reviews, and succession planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills.
• Commitment to upholding and promoting Moog’s culture and philosophy.
