About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a licensed dentist to join its General Practice Residency program as a non‑tenure‑track faculty member. This position combines direct patient care with teaching responsibilities in a collaborative academic health‑care environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to patients within the residency clinic.
• Supervise and mentor dental residents, guiding treatment planning and clinical skill development.
• Participate in didactic sessions, case presentations, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulations.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and research activities as appropriate.

Required profile

• Dental degree (DDS or DMD) and current Arkansas dental licensure.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
