Full-Time Med Surg RN – Days Shift with $15K Sign‑On

About the role

Kingman Healthcare Inc. is seeking a full‑time Medical‑Surgical Registered Nurse to work day shifts in Kingman, Arizona. The RN will provide patient‑centered care under the direction of physicians, following the Arizona State Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Deliver evidence‑based interventions to prevent healthcare‑acquired conditions and reduce readmissions.
• Maintain standard precautions, handle contaminated materials safely, and coordinate with multidisciplinary team members.
• Assist with orientation of new staff as requested.

Required profile

• Associate Degree in Nursing (or Nursing Diploma) and a current Arizona RN license (or compact state license).
• Current BLS certification; additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC) as required by unit within specified time frames.
• Minimum one year of acute care or Med‑Surg experience; five years for weekend, evening, or night shifts.
