About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Full‑Stack Software Engineer to join an AI‑first recruiting platform that powers a real‑time AI interviewer. Based in San Francisco, you will work onsite five days a week, collaborating closely with founders and product teams to shape the future of hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the end‑to‑end stack of a production‑grade AI interview system.
• Implement scalable backend services and responsive front‑end interfaces that support live video and phone interviews.
• Tackle complex engineering challenges, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.
• Own feature delivery from concept through deployment, with direct impact on candidate evaluation.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of full‑stack engineering experience, preferably at senior level.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take ownership of large‑scale projects.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving environment.
