About the role
Deepshard Inc is building a new software platform for intelligent‑system users and seeks a Frontend Engineer to shape the core product experience. The role is based in the United States, with a default on‑site collaboration model and remote work possible for strong candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Build production‑grade frontend features using React, TypeScript and modern CSS.
- Develop desktop application experiences with Electron and web technologies.
- Create intuitive interfaces for core workflows, app integrations, notifications, settings and real‑time activity.
- Work with APIs, asynchronous data flows, streamed updates and client‑side state management.
- Improve frontend architecture, component quality, accessibility, performance and test coverage.
- Partner with backend and product engineers to shape APIs and user experiences.
- Debug complex UI and state issues across desktop, renderer and service boundaries.
- Help raise the quality bar for a fast‑moving product and engineering team.
Required profile
- Strong experience building production web applications with JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Proficiency with React and modern frontend patterns.
- Good judgment around component design, state management, performance, accessibility and user experience.
- Comfort working in a large or evolving codebase and making pragmatic trade‑offs.
- Ability to translate ambiguous product ideas into clean, shippable interfaces.
- Experience consuming APIs and handling asynchronous or real‑time data.
- Strong ownership, clear communication and a bias toward action.
- Interest in AI‑native products, developer tools, operating systems or complex desktop applications.

- Base salary range of $120,000 – $180,000 per year.
