Front End Engineer, Marketing

About the role

Anthropic is seeking a Front End Engineer to join its Brand Web team. You will work at the intersection of design and development, building and maintaining interactive marketing pages, data visualizations, and internal tooling for anthropic.com and claude.com. The role emphasizes rapid prototyping and close collaboration with designers, engineers, and content teams.

Key responsibilities

• Implement design‑system components and page templates, focusing on interactive experiences and data visualizations.
• Maintain and improve the headless CMS architecture, including content modeling and structured‑data workflows.
• Partner with designers to translate static designs into living, interactive web experiences.
• Develop internal tools that enable teams to author, manage, and publish content at scale.
• Participate in site migrations and architecture projects under senior guidance.
• Rapidly prototype concepts and iterate based on team feedback.
• Enhance tooling and workflows to accelerate delivery and contribute to documentation.

Required profile

• Solid experience with modern frontend frameworks, especially Next.js or similar React‑based tooling.
• Deep understanding of CSS for complex layouts, animations, and precise interactive experiences.
• Hands‑on experience with headless CMS platforms and large‑scale site operations.
• Proven ability to build internal tools or improve day‑to‑day workflows.
• Comfort with fast prototyping from idea to proof‑of‑concept.
• Clear communication with designers and engineers, delivering technically sound and visually refined work.
• Track record of contributing to production web properties at a mid‑level scope.
