French Bilingual Executive Travel Counselor

About the role

Amex GBT is seeking a French‑English bilingual Executive Travel Counselor to deliver premium travel experiences for corporate VIP clients. The position is fully remote and part of a small, highly qualified team that values quality interactions over call volume.

Key responsibilities

• Manage national and international travel bookings—including air, rail, ground transport and hotels—using the Sabre platform.
• Provide tailored advice, solutions and recommendations while ensuring compliance with client travel policies.
• Operate in a multichannel environment, handling phone and email communications and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction, productivity, and strategic partnership development.
• Proactively offer complementary services (e.g., hotels, car rentals) and uphold Amex GBT’s ethics, values and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Fluent in Canadian French and English.
• Deep knowledge of booking practices and policies for flights, hotels, cars and trains worldwide.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a business travel advisor serving executive clientele.
• Strong understanding of fare structures and ticketing rules.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Commitment to integrity when handling personal data.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Sabre reservation system.
