About the role

Clipbook is hiring its first content creator to launch a video and podcast program from the ground up. You will own the entire production pipeline – from strategy and guest booking to shooting, editing, and publishing – for a fast‑growing, profitable startup serving public‑affairs and advocacy organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Define podcast strategy, editorial calendar, and publishing schedule, and source and prep guests.
• Produce video content for podcasts, executives, and customers, handling pre‑production through post‑production.
• Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment on‑site, renting gear as needed for shoots across the US.
• Edit long‑form episodes and create short clips, stills, captions, thumbnails, and graphics for LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
• Collaborate with GTM on release calendars, track performance metrics, and iterate content based on data.

Required profile

• Strong visual and narrative taste, prioritising quality over quantity.
• Self‑starter who can manage two‑ or three‑camera setups, light unfamiliar spaces, and troubleshoot audio solo.
• Highly motivated, results‑oriented, coachable, and comfortable working in a nimble startup environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience creating motion graphics and sound design.
• Ability to produce consistent visual style across multiple locations.
