Founding Growth Marketer

About the role

Sauna.ai is looking for a founding growth marketer to own the entire demand‑generation funnel, turning strangers who have never heard of the product into active users. This full‑time, on‑site role is based in the Presidio office and reports directly to the founder.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid‑media campaigns to test messaging, creative, positioning and funnel performance.
• Create and ship copy for posts, videos, landing pages and other growth assets.
• Manage the growth budget from day one and continuously optimise spend based on data.
• Collaborate with the product team on activation and retention initiatives.
• Identify, test and scale new acquisition channels; hire and build teams around proven channels.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with ambiguity and a blank‑canvas brand.
• Data‑driven decision maker who can iterate quickly.
• Experience driving growth in early‑stage startups or similar environments.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to the Bay Area and work on‑site five days a week.
