Forward‑Deployed AI Engineer – Irving, TX

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Forward‑Deployed AI Engineer to work within its Engineering unit, delivering AI‑driven solutions for clients across the United States. The role is based primarily in Irving, Texas, with the possibility to collaborate with teams in Raleigh, Richardson and Tampa.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and support the elicitation process.
• Facilitate design discussions, capture design decisions, and guide the technical team.
• Develop, code, and integrate new features while ensuring system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain repositories, and implement test strategies.
• Analyze test results, coordinate bug fixes, and uphold software quality standards.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks.
• Participate in production issue resolution and propose preventive measures.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities.
