Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to act as the bridge between our customers and the product team. You will own post‑sale relationships, ensure successful onboarding, and help customers extract maximum value from our AI‑driven engineering analytics platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship after sale, covering onboarding, account management, and technical support.
• Partner closely with founders, engineers, and product to influence roadmap and strategy.
• Serve as the first responder to support tickets, triage and resolve issues efficiently.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems across Google Cloud Platform and internal systems.
• Reproduce issues, create clear bug reports, and submit small pull requests for fixes or documentation updates.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve escalations quickly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date support documentation.

Required profile

• Previous product or engineering management experience.
• Engineering background (software, DevOps, or similar) with strong technical problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read and write code and make simple PRs in GitHub.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and handling intense situations.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
