About the role
RLC is seeking a full‑time Forklift Mechanic to join its San Antonio service center. The position offers a competitive hourly rate up to $30.62, a standard Monday‑Friday schedule with various shifts, and a week of vacation after 90 days of employment.
Key responsibilities
- Rebuild, repair, and maintain industrial forklifts, pallet jacks, and hydraulic lifts.
- Perform routine inspections and create work orders using computer systems.
- Assist with additional duties as directed by management.
Required profile
- Clean driving record for the past five years.
- At least three years of experience repairing/maintaining industrial fork trucks.
- Ability to lift 100‑125 lb and work safely in a fast‑paced environment.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
Required skills
- Forklift repair.
- Pallet jack repair (electric and manual).
- Hydraulic lift maintenance.
- Aerial lift repair (preferred).
- Computer work‑order creation.
