About the role
The Floating Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for Eagle Gate Apartments. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals through proactive leasing activities and resident satisfaction support.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth signing and resident move‑in experience.
- Inspect apartments prior to resident move‑in to confirm readiness and condition.
