Financial Analyst – AGS OCE Operations (B3)

About the role
This position supports the Applied Global Services (AGS) Operations Finance group, managing cost‑center spending, asset management, project portfolio tracking, and strategic process support for the B3 segment.
Key responsibilities
- Supports development of top‑level models, trade‑offs and scenarios for strategic discussions.
- Acquires deep knowledge of operations activities and associated costs and variances.
- Manages fixed‑asset processes and requisitions to support business partners.
- Analyzes cost‑center spending, headcount and standard variance activity.
- Prepares ad‑hoc reports and explanations for management.
- Supports local and regional reporting requirements.
- Identifies improvement opportunities through analytics.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4–8 years of finance or operations‑finance experience.
Required skills
- SAP (basic transactions).
- Microsoft Excel (intermediate proficiency).
- Microsoft Office suite.
- Tableau dashboard creation and analysis.
