Finance Manager – USAC AAD

About the role

As the USAC Finance Manager for the AAD business, you will join the USAC Area Leadership team and work closely with global portfolio, supply planning, R&D and division leaders. The role focuses on driving financial performance, planning and analysis to support short‑term and long‑term objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Area Division Leader to provide financial leadership for the USAC AAD business.
• Lead financial planning and analysis processes, including weekly forecast updates and monthly estimate submissions (Longview).
• Develop and manage sales incentive plans, customer incentive planning and joint business planning with key accounts.
• Analyze cash‑flow drivers such as AR DSO, AR past‑due, DIO and NWI performance and recommend actions.
• Collaborate with global portfolio and cross‑functional teams to improve price, mix, margin and ROI.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed before start date.
• Minimum seven years of finance experience in private, public, government or military environments.
