Field Service Representative (Software Support)

About the role

GDIT is seeking a Software Support Representative to provide field-level installation, configuration, and maintenance of C5ISR systems for the Army Software & Innovation Center. The role supports mission‑critical programs and ensures warfighter readiness across multiple global locations.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and sustain C5ISR systems in austere environments.
• Provide software support for DCGS‑A, JADOCS, JBC‑P, MMC‑S, SASMO, AFATDS, and BFT‑A.
• Perform troubleshooting, updates, and technical assistance for deployed users.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with security requirements.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship with active Secret clearance (Top Secret SCI for some positions).
• AA degree (or equivalent) and 3‑5 years of related experience.
• CompTIA Security+ CE certification.
• Ability to obtain medical fitness for deployment and hold an active U.S. passport for OCONUS assignments.
• Willingness to work extended weeks in field locations.
