Field Sales Account Executive – Frederick, MD

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Field Sales Account Executive to manage and grow our contact lens portfolio in the Frederick, MD territory. You will build strong relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists and practice staff, delivering product education and driving market share.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Maintain a daily call cycle of 5‑7 pre‑set appointments, developing new accounts and expanding existing relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams—including Marketing, Professional Affairs, Customer Service and Operations—to execute business strategies.
• Prepare and implement territory business plans in partnership with the Regional Director.
• Respond to customer inquiries (phone and email) within 24 hours.

Required profile

• Residence in or near Frederick, MD, with willingness to travel within the territory.
• Strong consultative selling style and ability to work independently.
• Excellent time‑management and business‑acumen.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Experience using Showpad.
• Familiarity with Tableau for reporting.
