Field Sales Account Executive – Eugene, OR

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Field Sales Account Executive to manage and grow our contact lens portfolio in the Eugene, OR territory. You will work independently, building strong relationships with eye care professionals and driving product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a defined sales territory and achieve or exceed quota.
• Develop and maintain relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, practice managers, and office staff.
• Conduct 5‑7 pre‑set appointments per workday and follow a disciplined call cycle.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Professional Affairs, Customer Service, and Operations teams.
• Utilize sales tools (Salesforce, Showpad, Tableau) to track activities and report results.
• Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours and provide timely product education.

Required profile

• Reside in or near the Eugene, OR territory.
• Demonstrated consultative selling style and ability to work independently.
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop account business plans.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Experience using Showpad.
• Ability to navigate Tableau for data analysis.
