Field Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Field Marketing Manager you will develop and execute integrated marketing plans to meet or exceed North American revenue and retention goals. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Market Strategists, and Product Marketing teams in a fast‑paced, rapidly growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and drive demand generation and field marketing plans to support revenue objectives and acquire new customers.
• Own strategy, development, and execution of targeted marketing programs including campaigns, events, webinars, digital and PR initiatives.
• Write on‑message copy for landing pages, emails and social posts that drive high engagement and conversion.
• Partner with sales teams to craft account‑level marketing plans for top strategic accounts.
• Manage agencies and third‑party vendors, track program performance and optimize resources against budget.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in demand generation or field marketing within B2B enterprise software or cloud solutions.
• Proven ability to translate vision into a comprehensive marketing strategy and plan.
• Experience managing quarterly and annual program budgets and vendor negotiations.
• Strong project‑management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
