Field Marketing Associate Manager / Manager

About the role

Veeva is seeking an Associate Manager / Manager for Field Marketing to develop and execute marketing programs that drive demand and support customer engagement. This role offers the chance to work across communications, events, digital channels, and analytics in a fast‑growing SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute field marketing plans, including customer communications, webinars, and conference support.
• Lead a mix of marketing programs across multiple Veeva teams and coordinate with product marketing, creative services, sales, and digital teams.
• Manage logistics and execution of webinars, customer meetings, and industry events, handling speaker management and event app coordination.
• Build and maintain accurate contact lists for marketing and sales outreach.
• Execute outreach programs on LinkedIn, Twitter, SlideShare, Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads, and other platforms.
• Assist with weekly and monthly reporting of program metrics, including event performance and digital analytics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B enterprise software or high‑growth SaaS marketing experience.
• Exceptional communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with all organizational levels and manage multiple projects under aggressive timelines.
• High attention to detail and self‑directed work style.
• Growth‑mindset, positive attitude, and strong team collaboration.
