Field CTO

About the role

Workweave is building an AI‑driven platform that redefines how engineering teams measure productivity, impact, and collaboration. As the Field CTO, you will be the public technical face of the company, engaging with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and the broader tech community to shape industry thinking around engineering measurement in the age of AI.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Workweave at conferences, meetups, podcasts, and industry panels as a keynote speaker and evangelist.
• Build trust with senior engineering leaders by advising on how to assess and improve engineering outcomes.
• Produce research, articles, and thought‑leadership content that influences market perception of AI‑enhanced productivity.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and CTO to align field insights with product strategy.
• Drive market awareness and adoption without a sales quota, measured by brand recognition and customer acquisition.

Required profile

• Proven credibility as a technical leader with experience influencing senior engineering audiences.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for large public forums.
• Deep understanding of engineering processes, productivity metrics, and AI applications.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executives.
