About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services for both pediatric and adult patients in an outpatient setting.
• Perform physical examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Order, interpret, and act upon diagnostic tests, laboratory results, and imaging studies.
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives and community health programs.
• Mentor and support medical staff, students, and residents.
• Contribute to clinic growth, operational excellence, and community outreach.

Required profile

• Active California Physician License.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Current DEA License and BCLS Certification.
• Experience providing ambulatory care to pediatric and adult patients.
• Passion for community‑based, patient‑focused healthcare.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
