About the role

Abby Care is seeking a Family Care Associate Lead to drive exceptional support for families using our AI‑native home care platform. In this player‑coach position you will manage a portfolio of families while mentoring a team of Family Care Associates, ensuring high‑quality, compassionate service throughout the care journey.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of families from onboarding through ongoing care, providing proactive communication and guidance.
• Conduct regular check‑ins, track compliance milestones, and ensure families remain engaged and supported.
• Coach, mentor and develop Family Care Associates, delivering feedback and facilitating onboarding and training.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex operational questions and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Maintain documentation, assessments and compliance records in line with company standards.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills with a focus on empathy and accountability.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team, preferably in a customer‑facing or care‑related role.
• Comfort with remote work and ability to support U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
