Factory Engineering Manager

About the role

The Factory Engineering Manager will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team at the Allentown plant, overseeing mechanical, electrical, industrial, environmental and safety systems. This role is responsible for setting strategic vision, managing the capital budget, and driving continuous improvement across safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop engineers across mechanical, electrical, industrial, environmental and safety domains.
• Create and execute the annual capital budget for equipment maintenance and facility upgrades.
• Manage cost, schedule, performance and safety for engineering staff and capital projects.
• Partner with Maintenance management to establish standards, train personnel and implement innovations that reduce downtime.
• Oversee external contractors to ensure compliance with safety, quality and value standards.
• Collaborate with operations leaders to identify and implement process improvements and champion Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive engineering experience, including project management and people leadership in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
