Experience Designer (Visual and Product) – Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking an Experience Designer (Visual and Product) at the Manager level to lead the creation and enhancement of user experiences for innovative software products, systems, and services. You will work within the Commercial Technology & Innovation practice, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver client‑focused, human‑centered solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of user experiences for cutting‑edge software products.
• Guide teams in applying human‑centered design principles to improve user interactions.
• Use analytical thinking to map system component linkages and address interaction challenges.
• Develop and test UI prototypes that elevate the customer experience.
• Partner with leadership to ensure quality, timelines, and deliverables are met.
• Conduct industry trend analysis to inform design strategies.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering professional growth.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to resolve conflicts and align expectations.
• Uphold professional and technical standards throughout design and development activities.
• Promote the integration of creative design and UX research in project execution.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in experience, visual, or product design.
• Strong analytical thinking combined with creative design capabilities.
• Proficiency in UX design research and human‑centered design methods.
• Experience developing UI prototypes for innovative solutions.
• Ability to analyze industry trends and translate insights into design strategies.
• Track record of leading experience‑design projects and supporting client needs.
• Demonstrated mentorship and team‑development skills.
