Executive Vice President, Media Operations

About the role

Real Chemistry is seeking an Executive Vice President, Media Operations to lead the growth, performance and scalability of its media business. The role partners with senior leadership to shape strategy, drive operational excellence and deliver profitable client outcomes across the healthcare communications sector.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Media leadership to define and execute strategies that drive growth, profitability and market differentiation.
• Own end‑to‑end Media operations, including operating model, delivery infrastructure and day‑to‑day performance.
• Lead integration, process harmonisation and change‑management across acquired and legacy organisations to build a unified, scalable operating model.
• Manage operational governance, capacity and resource planning, and translate plans into financial outcomes with Client Finance.
• Design and optimise business processes, governance frameworks and decision‑making structures to improve efficiency and scalability.

Required profile

• Proven senior executive experience in media, operations or related fields, preferably within healthcare or agency environments.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving profitable growth.
• Excellent problem‑solving and change‑management capabilities in fast‑paced, matrixed organisations.
• Collaborative leader who can influence cross‑functional teams and translate strategy into action.
