Executive Operations Lead / Chief of Staff

About the role

This senior position works side‑by‑side with the Founder, CEO, and COO of a fast‑growing high‑end manufacturing and design company. The role is a strategic operational partner, not an administrative assistant, and is responsible for bringing structure to complex initiatives while supporting rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage executive initiatives and strategic priorities across the organization.
• Track projects, deadlines, and accountability to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate communication among senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Support expansion initiatives, including new market entry and scaling operations.
• Streamline systems and workflows, leveraging technology and AI tools.
• Drive follow‑up and ensure alignment across cross‑functional teams.
• Identify and implement operational efficiency improvements.
