Join a world-class financial leader and play a pivotal role in supporting our Global Risk & Compliance (GRC) leadership. As an Executive Assistant, you will be the backbone of our Vice Presidents' operations, ensuring seamless administrative excellence in a high-stakes, dynamic environment.
Missions principales
- Executive Support: Proactively manage complex calendars and agendas for Vice Presidents, anticipating needs before they arise.
- Meeting & Event Coordination: Organize high-level internal and external meetings, including complex logistics for conferences and large-scale team gatherings.
- Financial Administration: Handle expense reporting, process invoices, and manage purchase orders through Ariba.
- Team Operations: Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires, coordinate workspace requirements, and manage team distribution lists.
- Logistics & Travel: Oversee comprehensive travel arrangements and manage office supplies and organizational charts.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain positive professional relationships with internal and external partners while handling sensitive information with utmost discretion.
Profil recherché
- Proven experience in an executive support role within a fast-paced, corporate environment.
- Exceptional ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands with precision and speed.
- High level of professional discretion and the ability to manage confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
