Event Associate

About the role

The Event Associate will support the planning and execution of owned events, trade shows, and conferences across the AMER and EMEA regions. Reporting to the Head of Event Marketing, this role will handle logistics, onsite execution, reporting and performance tracking to strengthen Sensor Tower’s brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of tabletop events, managing planning, logistics, collateral, swag, shipping, setup, and post‑event follow‑up.
• Support larger owned, partner, virtual and third‑party events such as summits, dinners, webinars, trade shows and conferences.
• Coordinate travel and accommodations for onsite teams of 10 + and maintain event collateral and swag inventory across multiple offices.
• Track event timelines, budgets, vendors, communications and ensure accurate lead tracking, ROI measurement and reporting.
• Partner with sales, marketing and product teams to align event goals, messaging and business opportunities.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably B2B.
• Strong project‑management skills with ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25 % across AMER and EMEA.

Required skills

• Experience with event‑management and reporting tools such as Splash, Marketo, Salesforce, Popl, Navan, GitHub and Ramp.
