Escrow Assistant – Plano Office

About the role

Independence Title in the Dallas‑Fort Worth Area, Texas (Plano Office), a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking an Escrow Assistant. The role involves coordinating the collection of information to finalize home sales and handling both front‑end processing and post‑closing tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate collection of information to finalize a home sale.
• Handle front‑end processing and post‑closing/funding tasks as required by Independence Title and the Escrow Officer.
• Read contracts, commitments and orders, and assemble necessary documents for closing.
• Maintain files, record documentation, issue checks after closing, and transmit documents to lenders.
• Provide excellent customer service to external customers and co‑workers.

Required profile

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years escrow experience.
• Strong attention to detail and customer‑oriented communication skills.
• Ability to work proficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• RamQuest escrow system (preferred).
• Microsoft Office Suite.
