Entry-Level Production Resources Associate

About the role

This entry‑level Production Resources position supports the manufacturing floor by keeping the production area clean, stocked, and safe. The role works closely with line operators to deliver supplies and ensure smooth changeovers on either day or night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general housekeeping, recycling, trash removal, and sanitation of bottling coolers.
• Deliver supplies to line operators and provide on‑site customer service.
• Support changeover activities, including master sanitation and break relief.
• Cross‑train on other production positions as needed.
• Operate safely, follow Good Manufacturing Practices, and wear required PPE.
• Uphold quality standards and help the team meet productivity targets.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work day or night shift.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, climb stairs, and lift/move up to 50 lb.
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with team members.
