About the role

Greystar is seeking an entry‑level Groundskeeper for its Centerline community in Seattle. You will help keep the property looking its best while supporting the service team and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and inspect community spaces, entrances, and exits throughout the day.
• Ensure cleanliness of outdoor areas and remove debris.
• Clean and care for landscaping, sidewalks, and amenity areas.
• Collaborate with the property team to address maintenance requests.
