Enterprise Sales Manager, AMER

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our AMER Account Executive team. This remote position focuses on selling our end‑to‑end GitOps platform to large engineering organizations across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day activities of the AMER AE team, including pipeline reviews, deal strategy, coaching, and one‑on‑ones.
• Hire and onboard two additional Account Executives for East and West coverage, with start dates in October.
• Partner with AEs on enterprise deals, helping build business cases that resonate with technical stakeholders and economic buyers.
• Own forecasting responsibilities and drive predictable quarterly results.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Support to align on messaging and pipeline generation.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading and scaling a team of Account Executives in a high‑growth, technical SaaS environment.
• Track record of selling commercial platforms alongside widely adopted open‑source projects.
• Ability to earn credibility with large enterprises without a household brand.
• Strong coaching skills and a data‑driven approach to pipeline and forecast management.
