Enterprise Risk and Compliance Program Manager

About the role

Moog is seeking an Enterprise Risk and Compliance Program Manager to lead and expand its global risk and compliance assessment programs. This senior position works closely with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and other functions to embed consistent risk practices across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of enterprise risk and compliance programs in line with global standards.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Global Compliance & Legal Operations Director, the Enterprise Risk Assessment Steering Committee, and worldwide stakeholders.
• Translate program strategies into practical processes, tools, and training materials.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment, communication, and change‑management initiatives.
• Provide visibility to senior leadership on risk posture and compliance performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, compliance, risk management, or a related field.
• At least six years of program or project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work across functions, cultures, and regions.
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ISO 31000 risk management framework.
• Knowledge of COSO internal control standards.
