Enterprise Integrated Campaign Manager

About the role

Anthropic is looking for an Enterprise Integrated Campaign Manager to design, orchestrate, and measure multi‑channel marketing campaigns that drive demand, adoption, and expansion for its Enterprise customers. You will work closely with Sales, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Digital teams to create cohesive buyer journeys that move enterprise buyers from awareness to activation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead integrated campaigns across customer segments, establishing scalable frameworks that connect digital, events, content, and ABM channels.
• Drive full‑funnel initiatives across core Enterprise priorities, adapting strategies for diverse buying committees and purchasing behaviors.
• Create programs such as thought‑leadership moments, digital nurture streams, webinar series, executive engagement, and ABM activations.
• Partner with Field Marketing to align campaign programs with territory and account goals, directly impacting pipeline, adoption, and expansion targets.
• Optimize programs using measurement frameworks, lead scoring, attribution models, and ROI reporting to demonstrate impact on demand and revenue.
• Collaborate with global Marketing teams to ensure alignment with company‑wide strategy while meeting segment‑specific needs.

Required profile

• Demonstrated success in B2B integrated campaign strategy and execution across the full customer lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, complex buying committees, and industry‑specific requirements.
• Experience developing measurement frameworks, lead scoring, attribution models, and ROI reporting.
