Engagement Manager – Commercial Life Sciences

About the role

Veeva is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead large‑scale commercial consulting projects that help life‑science companies bring treatments to patients faster. You will drive transformation of operating models, technology adoption, and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex, global engagements, overseeing strategy, execution, and outcomes.
• Build senior customer relationships, craft proposals, and shape long‑term account strategy.
• Manage and inspire teams of four or more consultants across multiple projects.
• Oversee project budgets of $1M+ and ensure commercial success.
• Contribute to practice growth by developing internal IP and brand‑building activities.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Life Sciences consulting, preferably business or management consulting.
• Proven track record managing large project teams and $1M+ engagements.
• Deep expertise in customer engagement strategy, sales/commercial operations, omnichannel, or medical affairs.
• Highly analytical problem‑solver able to influence C‑suite stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
