Energy Project Manager

About the role

FEDITC, LLC is seeking an Energy Project Manager to support third‑party financed energy projects at Tyndall Air Force Base in Panama City, FL. The role provides technical and administrative oversight for ESPC, UESC and related resilience initiatives, ensuring compliance with DoD and federal energy policies.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate multiple energy projects, reviewing technical aspects of Energy Conservation Measures across mechanical, electrical and distributed energy systems.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including life‑cycle cost analyses, measurement‑and‑verification reports and government deliverables.
• Coordinate with installations, ESCOs and AFIMSC detachments to resolve technical queries, track rebates, utility rates and maintain accurate project data.
• Enter and update project status in tracking systems, supporting weekly reporting and briefings.
• Align proposed solutions with DAF energy strategy, ESPC/UESC Playbooks and applicable design standards.
• Contribute lessons learned and process improvements for enterprise energy project execution.

Required profile

• 3‑7 years experience in facility energy projects, building systems or infrastructure modernization.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture or a related technical field.
• Active Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain) and U.S. citizenship.
• Willingness to work onsite at Tyndall Air Force Base; local residency or relocation required.

Required skills

• Experience with life‑cycle cost analysis.
