E‑Commerce Manager

About the role
We are looking for an experienced E‑Commerce Manager to lead the operational core of our DTC brand sites within the Tod’s Group portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Director, you will translate high‑level strategy into day‑to‑day execution, ensuring site performance, commercial operations and a strong conversion mindset across four brand websites.
Key responsibilities
- Drive A/B testing, search optimisation and product‑detail‑page tools to improve site search and conversion.
- Manage cross‑selling features such as Similar Styles, You May Also Like and Complete the Look.
- Align the e‑commerce roadmap with key retail moments, product launches and HQ operational cadence.
- Coordinate the e‑comm calendar with marketing, including campaign, email, newsletter and SMS planning.
- Own weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reporting, stock analysis and opportunity identification.
- Run weekly operations calls with HQ, track budget/forecast and invoices, and support ad‑hoc projects.
- Mentor and develop the E‑Commerce Specialist, providing guidance on site merchandising, tagging and channel strategy.
Required profile
- Highly analytical with proven ability to interpret complex performance data and translate insights into business recommendations.
- Exceptional attention to detail in reporting and operational workflows.
- Strong understanding of UX best practices and their impact on conversion.
- Experience mentoring junior e‑commerce talent.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- 5–7 years of e‑commerce experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
