E-Commerce Fulfillment Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced E‑Commerce Fulfillment Manager to lead our fulfillment team and oversee end‑to‑end warehouse and last‑mile operations. The role is based in the United States and requires regular travel (up to 50 %) between Los Angeles and Dallas.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the fulfillment team to ensure smooth daily warehouse operations, goods handover, order fulfillment and final delivery.
• Oversee full‑cycle e‑commerce fulfillment processes, including outbound warehouse activities, distribution, last‑mile delivery and on‑time order completion.
• Design and optimise warehouse slotting and layout for maximum efficiency; manage inbound and outbound workflows.
• Take charge of end‑to‑end inventory management and real‑time dynamic inventory monitoring to ensure accuracy and optimal stock turnover.
• Manage relationships with all carriers, including small‑parcel couriers and trucking fleets; conduct daily communication, performance tracking and operational coordination.
• Monitor fulfillment KPIs, optimise workflows, improve delivery efficiency and maintain service quality.
• Resolve operational and delivery issues promptly and implement continuous improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with local logistics regulations and internal SOPs, standardising team management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the 3PL industry with hands‑on warehouse operation, order fulfillment and physical delivery management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage fulfillment teams independently; coordination‑only experience is not sufficient.
• In‑depth knowledge of working with small‑parcel courier providers and trucking carriers.
• Professional expertise in warehouse slotting, layout design, inbound/outbound operations, inventory management and dynamic monitoring.
• Familiarity with US e‑commerce logistics, last‑mile delivery and distribution business models.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 % regularly between Los Angeles and Dallas.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and cross‑team coordination skills.
• Good command of English for daily business and carrier communication.
