About the role
The Downstream Marketing Communications Manager will support marketing initiatives for one or more product lines, helping drive profitable sales growth for Ecolab. This junior‑level position works closely with cross‑functional teams to create and execute differentiated marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of marketing plans for each product and service.
- Execute marketing campaigns and monitor promotions to meet corporate objectives.
- Collaborate with internal departments to produce world‑class advertising material.
- Provide accurate product information to customers and ensure community awareness of regulations and specifications.
- Identify and resolve product‑related issues, forecast sales per warehouse, and coordinate supply‑chain solutions.
- Prepare reports on promotional activities and ensure clear, timely communications.
- Track product‑line performance metrics and take corrective actions with the product line manager.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably Chemical or Chemical Engineering).
- 5+ years of corporate marketing experience.
- MBA in Marketing is desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across functional groups.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
