Divisional Controller – Financial Reporting & Accounting Operations

About the role

The Pasha Group is seeking an experienced accounting leader to serve as Divisional Controller. In this high‑visibility position you will direct accounting operations for designated business units, deliver accurate financial reporting, and act as a strategic partner to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and timely delivery of financial statements for assigned divisions.
• Oversee the month‑end close process, including journal entries, reviews, and reconciliations.
• Provide financial and operational analysis, budgets, forecasts and ad‑hoc insights to support decision‑making.
• Maintain and enforce accounting policies, internal controls and documentation standards.
• Coordinate audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Partner with business leaders to resolve accounting issues and support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading accounting teams and managing complex financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls and audit processes.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with senior leaders and operational managers.
